Data Migration

We offer data migration to import any existing administration data into Life Events. Data migration is priced on a case-by-case basis.

Configuration and Setup

When you use Life Events for the first time it is configured with a basic set of lookups, diaries, and configuration to get you going. In most instances more configuration is needed for the system meet your needs. We can help with this process to make sure you are getting the best out of the system.

Training

Life Events is intuitive to use, but, like any comprehensive system, there is a steep learning curve. If you want to hit the road running with the system, then we can offer training on a daily rate. Our recommendation is two to three days training to cover: cremations administration, burials administration, memorial administration and finance. Training can be done on site or remotely using Microsoft Teams.

Document Scanning and Data Capture

With our document scanning partners we are able offer scanning and data capture of your paper based registers and documents. Data capture is priced on a case-by-case basis.

Map digitisation

With our mapping partners we are able to offer scanning and digitisation of your paper based maps. Maps are linked up to your Life Events plot data to permit the locating of plots on an interacive map and the generation of themed maps that report on different types of information about each plot.
